For years, Bermuda cruises have been one of our agency’s most popular vacations. They’ve also been, hands down, my family’s favorite cruise holiday. So, when Princess Cruises hotel and hotel announced it would resume regular Bermuda sailings this season, I already knew where I would spend my summer vacation. I’ve had a soft spot in my heart for Bermuda cruises since I first started in the travel business hotel over eleven years ago. The sailings, then and now, seem like vintage wines that just get better and better over time. There’s an ideal balance of time at sea mixed with days enjoying in Bermuda’s beautiful setting and friendly, English-speaking people. The island itself is, for me, magical. Views of the island’s bays are like an Impressionist’s dream of sailboats and sky. And I love the charm of Bermuda’s towns, with their British colonial atmosphere and interesting shopping. And the day never stopped until the last person called it a night. One day, for instance, we went with a small group to snorkel at a nearby reef filled with beautiful coral formations and fish. On another day, we caught very entertaining circus acts (the trapeze artist was especially good). hotel And it was easy to linger on the resort’s beautiful, white sand beaches, in or out of our clothes. We enjoyed dining buffet-style in front of a big bonfire at the beach. Some of the themed events, like a hilarious toga party, were great fun. And we loved the disco, with its peek-a-boo slide snaking through the dance floor.. My husband and I stopped doing camping vacations shortly after the birth of our son. However, in the hotel intervening hotel years between then and now, we’ve hotel never lost our taste for wilderness adventure. the premier travel site online
